M. Yousuf Ali, M.Tech, is a Civil Engineer of 1976 of Osmania University Batch and have done Post Graduation in 1982 from JNTU Hyderabad. He has served the Government in various positions such as Former Chief Engineer (R&B), Former CEO of AP Infrastructure Authority.

- He has worked as Training Specialist in TN Road Sector Project, Visiting Faculty / Guest Lectures for National Academy of Construction (NAC), Engineering Staff College of India, Training of C&AG staff, Confederation of Indian Industries(CII).
- He retired as Vice Chairman & Managing Director (VC&MD) of Infrastructure Corporation of AP (INCAP), a corporation exclusive meant for developing / monitoring of PPP Projects, wherein he was involved in several projects including auditing of Airport/ Port Project’s Concession Agreements.
- He has dealt large Projects including PPP Projects in Urban Development, Logistic, Solid Waste management, Township Projects.
