PPPs are one way to procure infrastructure and services, the PPP approach may provide significant benefits if and when a number of conditions are met. This online Foundation level is aimed at individuals working at a basic level of PPP implementation, with little or no prior experience. It aims to standardize their knowledge of the PPP process and terminology. The Foundation course is a pre requisite for the next preparation Stage.
